BASE GIURIDICA DEL TRATTAMENTO

I dati personali indicati in questa pagina sono trattati in quanto necessari al perseguimento del legittimo interesse del titolare a garantire il regolare funzionamento dei servizi web offerti, ad ottenere informazioni statistiche sulle visite e sull’uso dei servizi stessi, a rispondere alle richieste inviateci e ad informare i nostri clienti riguardo le ultime novità scientifiche nel campo della radioterapia e della medicina nucleare (art.6, par.1 lett. f) del Regolamento). I dati contenuti in curriculum vitae raccolti tramite il form “Lavora con noi” sono da noi trattati in quanto necessari all’esecuzione di misure precontrattuali a richiesta dell’interessato (art. 6, par.1, lett. b) del Regolamento) e, per quanto riguarda i dati particolari, sulla base del consenso esplicito (art. 9, par.2, lett a.) del Regolamento).

TIPI DI DATI TRATTATI E FINALITÀ DEL TRATTAMENTO

Dati di navigazione
I sistemi informatici e le procedure software preposte al funzionamento di questo sito acquisiscono, nel corso del loro normale esercizio, alcuni dati personali la cui trasmissione è implicita nell'uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet. In questa categoria di dati rientrano gli indirizzi IP o i nomi a dominio dei computer e dei terminali utilizzati dagli utenti, gli indirizzi in notazione URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) delle risorse richieste, l'orario della richiesta, il metodo utilizzato nel sottoporre la richiesta al server, la dimensione del file ottenuto in risposta, il codice numerico indicante lo stato della risposta data dal server (buon fine, errore, ecc.), alcune informazioni riguardanti la geolocalizzazione della richiesta ed altri parametri relativi al sistema operativo e all'ambiente informatico dell'utente (fingerprint). Si tratta di informazioni che non sono raccolte non con lo scopo di essere associate a interessati identificati, ma che per loro stessa natura potrebbero permettere di identificazione gli utenti. Tali dati, necessari per la fruizione dei servizi web, vengono anche trattati allo scopo di:
• ottenere informazioni statistiche sull'uso dei servizi (pagine più visitate, numero di visitatori per fascia oraria o giornaliera, aree geografiche di provenienza, ecc.);
• controllare il corretto funzionamento dei servizi offerti.
I dati (log-file, dati di traffico) potrebbero essere utilizzati per l’accertamento di responsabilità in caso di ipotetici reati informatici ai danni del sito, e per lo stesso motivo conservati dall’ ISP (Internet Service Provider, fornitore di connettività Internet) e dal web host.

Dati comunicati dall'utente
L'invio facoltativo, esplicito e volontario di messaggi agli indirizzi di contatto indicati all’interno del sito e la compilazione e l'inoltro del form presente nell’apposita sezione, comportano l'acquisizione dei dati di contatto del mittente (nome, cognome, azienda, indirizzo e-mail, numero di telefono e/o cellulare) necessari a rispondere, nonché di tutti i dati personali inclusi nelle comunicazioni. Il trattamento in questione non richiede l’acquisizione del consenso dal momento che è basato sul legittimo interesse del titolare del trattamento a dare seguito ed a rispondere alle richieste di contatto e di informazioni pervenuteci; inoltre il conferimento dei dati è da considerarsi necessario per l’esaurimento della richiesta: il mancato conferimento degli stessi comporterebbe l’impossibilità per noi di dare seguito alla richiesta pervenutaci.
L’invio di messaggi e la compilazione del form non comporta l’automatica iscrizione a mailing list avente scopo promozionale o commerciale.
I dati così raccolti sono conservati il tempo strettamente necessario per rispondere ai messaggi. Nel caso in cui si instauri un rapporto commerciale i dati saranno conservati almeno per tutta la durata del rapporto stesso.

Lavora con noi
Tramite la sezione “Lavora con noi” lei potrà candidarsi a posizioni aperte presso la nostra azienda oppure inviare spontaneamente il suo curriculum. Il trattamento dei dati personali inseriti nel form (nome e cognome, residenza, recapito mail e telefonico) e contenuti nel curriculum vitae da lei inviato sarà svolto esclusivamente per valutare la Sua candidatura ai fini dell’eventuale futura instaurazione di un rapporto di lavoro. La condizione di liceità individuabile è l’esecuzione delle misure precontrattuali a richiesta dell’interessato.
Il conferimento delle informazioni è facoltativo. Nondimeno, il mancato conferimento di tutte o alcune di esse può impedire a Radius Srl di prendere in considerazione la Sua candidatura.
Dal momento che all’interno del Suo curriculum potrebbero essere presenti dati c.d. particolari (atti a rivelare l’origine razziale o etnica, le opinioni politiche, le convinzioni religiose o filosofiche, o l’appartenenza sindacale, informazioni riguardanti la salute o la vita sessuale o l’orientamento sessuale), ai sensi dell’art. 9 c.2 lett a) il Suo consenso, da esprimere tramite l’apposita check-box, deve considerarsi condizione necessaria per tale trattamento. Le ricordiamo che il consenso può essere revocato liberamente in qualsiasi momento, senza pregiudicare il trattamento effettuato sulla base del consenso prestato prima della revoca. I dati raccolti mediante i curriculum pervenuteci sono conservati per un massimo di due anni.

Newsletter
L’inserimento dei Suoi dati nell’apposito form è necessario per poter ricevere le nostre newsletter contenenti informazioni sulle ultime novità scientifiche e sugli eventi di carattere tecnico-scientifico riguardanti la medicina nucleare e la radioterapia.
Consideriamo questa attività un nostro legittimo interesse, dal momento che è finalizzata solamente a mantenere informati ed aggiornati i nostri clienti riguardo le suddette novità e riguardo gli eventi di interesse scientifico nel campo della medicina nucleare e della radioterapia.
I Suoi dati saranno utilizzati solo ed esclusivamente per inviare tali tipi d’informazioni e inoltre, nel caso non voglia più ricevere questi messaggi, potrà decidere in ogni momento di cancellare la sua iscrizione cliccando sull’apposito link presente in ogni newsletter oppure scrivendo direttamente al Titolare del trattamento tramite i contatti indicati nella presente informativa.
Radius non comunicherà i dati a terzi, né li diffonderà in alcun modo e garantisce che saranno trattati esclusivamente da personale appositamente selezionato e a ciò autorizzato. I dati di contatto per l’invio di comunicazioni e newsletter saranno conservati e utilizzati fino a quando non eserciterà il diritto di opt-out richiedendo di non essere più contattato.

DESTINATARI DEI DATI

I dati di navigazione sono conservati dall’ISP (Internet Service Provider) e dal web host (soggetto che ospita il server web su proprie macchine fisiche) i quali li conservano secondo i tempi previsti dalla normativa. I dati personali raccolti a seguito di ricezione di messaggi, tramite i form “Contatti”, “Newsletter” e “Lavora con noi” sono altresì trattati dal personale interno autorizzato dal Titolare, che agisce sulla base di specifiche istruzioni fornite in ordine a finalità e modalità del trattamento medesimo.
Non viene effettuata profilazione ed i dati raccolti non sono oggetto di processi decisionali automatizzati.

DIRITTI DEGLI INTERESSATI E DIRITTO DI RECLAMO

Gli interessati hanno il diritto di ottenere dal Titolare, nei casi previsti, l'accesso ai propri dati personali e la rettifica o la cancellazione degli stessi o la limitazione del trattamento che li riguarda o di opporsi al trattamento (artt. 15 e ss. del Regolamento).
Gli interessati che ritengono che il trattamento dei dati personali a loro riferiti effettuato attraverso questo sito avvenga in violazione di quanto previsto dal Regolamento hanno il diritto di proporre reclamo ad un’autorità di vigilanza (ad esempio il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), come previsto dall'art. 77 del Regolamento stesso, o di adire le opportune sedi giudiziarie (art. 79 del Regolamento).

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

 Personal data indicated are processed as they are necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the controller to guarantee the regular functioning of the web services offered, to obtain statistical information about visits and about the use of the services themselves, to respond to requests sent to us and to inform our customers about the latest scientific news in the field of radiotherapy and nuclear medicine (art.6, par.1 lett. f) of the Regulation).

The data contained in curriculum vitae collected through the "Work with us" form are processed by us in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to enter into a contract  (art. 6, par.1, letter b ) of the Regulation) and, as regards of particular data, on the basis of explicit consent (art.9, par.2, letter a.) of the Regulation).

 

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

 

Navigation data   

During their normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to send the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), some information regarding the geolocation of the request and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the user's computer environment (fingerprint).

This is information is not collected with the purpose of being associated with identified physical people, but which by its very nature could allow users to be identified.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:

• obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
• check the correct functioning of the services offered.

The data (log-file, traffic data) could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site, and for the same reason retained by the ISP (Internet Service Provider) and by the web host.

 

Data communicated by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the addresses indicated, the compilation and forwarding of the form in the specific section, entail the acquisition of the sender's contact data (name, surname, company, e-mail address, telephone and / or mobile number) necessary to reply to the request, as well as all personal data included in the communications. This processing does not require the acquisition of consent since it is based on the legitimate interest of the data controller to follow up and to reply to requests for contact and information received by us; in addition, the provision of data is to be considered necessary for the exhaustion of the request: a failure to provide it would make it impossible for us to follow up on the request received.
Sending messages and completing the form does not imply automatic subscription to a mailing list for promotional or commercial purposes.
The data collected in this way is retained for the time strictly necessary to reply to messages. In the event that a commercial relationship is established, the data will be retained for at least the duration of the relationship.

 

Work with us

 Through the "Work with us" section you can apply for open positions at our company or you can spontaneously send your CV. The processing of personal data entered in the form (name and surname, residence, email and telephone number) and contained in the curriculum vitae sent by you will be carried out exclusively to evaluate your application for the possible future establishment of an employment relationship. The identifiable condition of lawfulness is the execution of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.
The provision of information is optional. Nonetheless, a failure to provide all or some of them may prevent Radius Srl from considering your application.
Since within your curriculum there may be special categories of personal data (able to reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, information regarding health or sexual life or sexual orientation), pursuant to art. 9 c.2 letter a) Your consent, that you can express through the appropriate check-box, must be considered a necessary condition for such treatment. We remind that you have the right to freely withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal.
The data collected through the curricula sent to us are retained for two years at most.

 

Newsletter

The provision of your data in the appropriate form is necessary in order to receive our newsletters containing information on the latest scientific news and technical-scientific events concerning nuclear medicine and radiotherapy.
We consider this activity a legitimate interest of ours, since it is aimed only at keeping our customers informed and updated about the aforementioned news and about events of scientific interest in the field of nuclear medicine and radiotherapy.
Your data will be used only and exclusively to send these types of information and also, if you no longer wish to receive these messages, you can decide at any time to cancel your subscription by clicking on the appropriate link in each newsletter or by writing directly to the Data Controller at the contacts indicated in this statement .
Radius will not communicate the data to third parties, nor will it disclose them in any way and guarantees that they will be processed exclusively by specially selected and authorized personnel.
Contact data used to send communications and newsletters will be retained and used until you exercise the right of opt-out by requesting that you want no longer be contacted.

 

DATA RECIPIENT

Browsing data are stored by the ISP (Internet Service Provider) and by the web host (person who hosts the web server on their physical machines) who keep them according to the times established by law.
The personal information collected as a result of received messages, through the form "Contact", "Newsletter" and "Jobs" are also processed by personnel authorized by the Controller, acting on the basis of specific instructions in order to purposes and methods of the treatment itself.
No profiling is performed and the collected data are not subject to automated decision-making processes.

 

DATA SUBJECT ‘S RIGHTS AND THE RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

Data subject have the right to obtain from the Data Controller access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object the processing (articles 15 and following of the Regulations).
Data subject who believe that the processing of personal data referred to them through this site occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right or to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority (for example the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) , as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
Requests relating to the aforementioned articles must be sent to the Data Controller by the contacts indicated at the top of this information.
